<p>The La Sportiva Helios SR is a rugged ladies trail running shoe, which provides direct ground contact for technically demanding mountain trails due to its neutral foot position with only a 2 mm drop.</p><p>The light material, which is sturdy in all the critical points, is highly breathable for optimum climatic comfort, absorbs moisture well and dries quickly.</p><p>The sole design of the Helios SR combines cushioning with dynamic stability and protection in the forefoot area and has a very grippy FriXion® profiled outsole.</p>
