<p>Thuringia is the land of rock diversity!</p><p>From the heights of the Thuringian Forest, which is crowned by granite and porphyry, we descend into the valleys, where we find conglomerate climbs that cannot be found anywhere else in Germany in this form and steepness. But that's by no means all, as first-class perforated limestone is also on offer to the Fingerstrom disciples, both in the vest of the Free State (Bad Liebenstein) and in the east around Saalfeld and Pößneck. And even the north has nothing to hide and has plenty of sandstone.
