Description

The Dynafit Radical 97 + ST Rotation + Skin touring ski for women is your partner for routes into the backcountry, especially when plenty of fresh powder is found. With its 97 mm waist width (at 177 cm), this lightweight, manoeuvrable ski clearly belongs to the downhill-oriented touring backcountry skiers category. You have an optimally configured package at the start of the set with ST Rotation 10 binding and the matching skin.

In this version, the flex is somewhat softer and accommodates the lighter rider weights of women on average for efficient edge use.

The carbon component in the construction makes the low weight possible (1,450 g per ski without skin and without bindings at 170 cm) and provides the necessary stabilization for correspondingly smooth skiing characteristics. The so-called carbon stringers take care of this on the core made from poplar wood. A moderate waist shape optimized for off-piste skiing and tip & tail rocker geometry creates plenty of manoeuvrability. A continuous ABS sidewall also provides reliable stability and energy transfer.

A relatively light ski like the Radical 97 helps you climb the mountain quickly and effortlessly but can also impress on the descent. The agile free touring ski's purposeful, confident handling characteristics can also be enjoyed in any length, perfectly adapted to your height and weight, as the sidecut and, therefore, the centre width and rocker shape vary in proportion to the length.

With the ST Rotaion 10 including stopper, you have a lightweight pin binding with 2-stage climbing aid on the ski, which combines comfortable step-in with good power transmission and proven functionality. Its advantages include the wide adjustment range of 22.5 mm, the Z-value range of 4-10 for a strong hold, even with a higher rider weight and very athletic riding style. In addition, a 10 mm compensation movement in the longitudinal direction prevents false releases if the ski deflects under the binding.
