Description

The Dynafit Radical 97 + ST Rotation + Skin Ski Touring Ski is your partner for routes into the backcountry, especially when there is plenty of fresh powder to be expected. The light, manoeuvrable ski with its 97mm centre width (at 177 cm) clearly belongs to the downhill-oriented touring freeride category. In the set with ST Rotation 10 binding and the matching skin, you have an optimally configured set at the start.

A carbon component in the construction makes the low weight possible (1,450 g per ski without skin and without binding at 170 cm) and provides the necessary stabilisation for correspondingly smooth skiing characteristics. The so-called carbon stringers on the core made from poplar do the job. A moderate, terrain-optimised waist and tip & tail rocker geometry create plenty of manoeuvrability. Reliable stability and power transmission are also provided by a continuous ABS sidewall.

A relatively light ski like the Radical 97 helps you ascend quickly and energy-saving but can also be fully convincing on the descent. You can also enjoy the purposefully created, superior handling characteristics of the agile freetourer at any length, optimally adapted to your body size and rider weight, because the sidecut and, thus, the centre width and the rocker shape vary proportionally to the length.

With the ST Rotation 10, including a stopper, you have a lightweight pin binding with a 2-stage climbing aid on the ski that combines comfortable boarding with excellent energy transfer and proven functionality. Its advantages include the wide adjustment range of 22.5 mm, the Z-value range of 4-10 for strong hold even with higher rider weight and a very athletic skiing style. In addition, a 10 mm compensation movement in the longitudinal direction prevents false releases when the ski deflects under the binding.
